PERSONAL ACCIDENTS:

You select a benefit plan of either $2500, $5000, $7500 or $10,000, per accident. In the event of an accident your out of pocket medical expenses will be reimbursed to you up to the amount of your benefit selection (or to your provider if you assign) minus a small deductible of $100 or $250, depending on the plan selected (see plans on the right).

This covers all family members.

Benefits paid directly to you or your provider

Helps pay accident medical expenses for ER, hospital, ambulance, lab tests, and more.

CALLMDTM

CALLMDTM gives you up to 12, ten minute phone consultations per year for you and your family

Need to see a doctor, but don't have the time or the money to do it?

Kid have a high fever middle of the night?

EMERGENCY HELICOPTER AIR AMBULANCE:

Most medical plans only cover ground ambulance. If, as a result of injury, a member incurs covered expenses, benefits will pay, with NO DEDUCTIBLE, up to $4,000 for helicopter Air Transportation only.

Benefits are excess of other charges.
